  • Acceptable scores in college readiness exam, pre-entrance health exam, documentation of required immunizations, pass drug screen, pass a criminal background check, documentation of CPR for Healthcare Providers from American Heart Association. Concurrent enrollment with PLAB 1223 is required. Program director and clinical instructor authorization is needed to register for the phlebotomy clinical course without PLAB 1223
